Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the garment is unwashed, unworn, and retains all original tags and packaging to qualify for a successful return.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
